Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I have worked at a few high volume cafes. Then I helped opened a slowbrew/ music venue with a friend. I travel 3-4 months out of the year, mostly U.S. and Canada. I love stopping in shops and roasteries. I have done some home roasting and have learned a ton. By no means do i have it all figured out. Coffee will teach to infinity.
