    it has been a lot of fun to open our store. we opened in june last year and had 3 weeks of training before the store was even open. we've become a great team together and i love our store.

    those towers are incredible. have you ever been up to the top?

    business is good! and it'll get even better as we get closer to summer. we just had a fantastic 2-day coffee certification course from jay isais and jesse martinez who came to texas from the CBTL roastery in camarillo, california. it was a LOT of great information and i'm really excited!
