- I was a hotel chef for years and travelled from New york to Palm beach florida to boston where I practiced Garde manger and ice sculpting, then to San Francisco. I trained dogs and people for fitness and animal acting. I then opened a dogwalking service, watch video's at youtube Sarah Lynch, Mitch & dogs, Friends roastery...I have been roasting for over 5 years and my coffee is excellent! I am also a cyclist and very good chef....
