How many years have you been in the industry?: I'm a newbie. Currently the Assistant Roaster for Wild Card Roasters in San Rafael, CA.
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?: maybe
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: I would love to spend some time in Africa...Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Mexico also holds a very special place in my heart. Actually, I'd go just about anywhere if an opportunity presents itself.
About Me:: Just returned from four years living in Mexico and have enjoyed getting to know her people and her culture...she runs deep! An amazing country that unfortunately gets a bad rap in the States. I recently have begun my coffee career as an assistant roaster for Wild Card Roasters. I enjoy riding my new Bonneville T100 and am interested in starting a band...I'm a drummer.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: There is as much passion in this industry as I have ever experienced performing on a stage.
