Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I began my journey like barista since 3 years in Bogotá, then I been in Brazil, Peru, Italy, France, USA and of course in Venezuela. I met and train with many baristas around the world and my journey continues.
Now I'm SCAA Lead Instructor and my next step is to be barista certified by SCAA and transfer all my knowledge in my country.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All the connected with the coffee like Colombia (again), Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, India...

I have three coffee project: Barista training, Distribution and maintenance of coffee's equipment and a nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

    I used the espresso blend from Flying M cafe. They are local here in Boise ID. They roast on a Deidrech(sp?) IR-12. They really do a good job and Im pretty lucky to have them. I hear you can have them mail beans if you were interested. total chocolate bomb, very dense crema
