About Me:
I am a musician, artist and specialty coffee lover. I love pulling beautiful espresso and pouring latte art. I moved to Seattle about 6 years ago and have pretty much been involved with coffee since i got the chance! I started as a barista/roaster at Whole Foods Market, which turned into working for Verite Coffee and being introduced to Stumptown Coffee Roasters. I have been working with Stumptown coffee ever since and love every aspect of it. I am on a mission right now to try as many different coffee roasters as possible. You can never try too many! I love training people how to make espresso and have done some training work with Fare Start, showing transitional housing youths how to make coffee. Right now I work mainly for a small french bakery in ballard pulling lighthouse coffee. I competed in the Latte Art Championships at the Seattle Coffee Fest in September 20008. It was so amazing and I hope to compete again. But for now I just want to make art, play my guitar and drink amazing coffee. oh, and snuggle with my cat Simon.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Coffee

Hey! some amazing art there. how is the trade in Seattle? the North East of England needs educating, but I've pulled them out of the Dark Ages in the last year, so there's hope yet.
