Most of my time is spent at Northern Light Espresso in Scranton, PA. We use a Mirage Duette Classic - it's awesome and we're lucky to have one. I roasted with a company for half a year so I have a bit of roasting experience, something that really adds to my understanding of coffee.

    Hey Aaron I'm Sam. I am just buying 2 mirages. I'm switching from a Synesso and am wondering if you have any tips on getting the best shot possible . Do they have any issues that I should be aware of?
