If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We are a tiny espresso bar. We are not a library, we are not a meeting room, we are an espresso bar. We believe in less square footage and more quality. Training is constant, non-stop training is required to maintain quality.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
We would like to be a host in our country. We would like to take Baristas to one Coffee Hacienda or two.
About Me:
I am a National WBC Judge for the second consecutive year. I am actively involved in the Puerto Rico Barista Association. Two of my employees where Third and Fourth place in the National WBC Championship in our first year competing and in our first year of operation as a Retailer. I train my employees as they were going to compete. Once you train a Barista the way we do, and you systematically train you have to be successful. There is no question about that.
About My Company:
You can't believe that you are the best. You have to keep learning and improving all areas. There is not such thing as a perfect coffee shop. You never ever stop learning about coffee. We would like to learn more from other Baristas.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I am trying to start a coffee shop with a budget of $ 35,000. Filling this out would greatly help me. I am disabled and trying to get off of uncle sam's payroll. Also any advice is appreciated. i am in my business planning stage at the begning balnace statement. My head just spins
