Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Prior to joining Rosito Bisani/Brasilia USA, I worked at four coffeeshops: Espresso Royale (BU) in Boston, MA, Uptown Espresso in Boston, MA, Perk U Up Coffee in Anaheim, CA, and The Lost Bean in Tustin, CA, while going to school. I'm self-taught, and have proven my skills pulling shots next to Barista Champ finalists. I've got the Rosetta latte art down, too, although the Heart and Apple still escape me.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere.
About Me:
Raised in Orange, CA, I've been obsessed with espresso since I first tasted the good stuff in Sicily back in '01. Starting with a Moka Pot and a blade grinder, I now rock my 'spro at home with an LP Pro, NS Oscar for parties and a Cunill El-Tee doing the grinding bit. And I home-roast a bit. Studied History and Latin American Studies at Boston University. I'm half-Nicaraguan (y que?). Hiking, camping, chess-playing, graphic-designing, exploring, cooking, learning, meeting, talking, partying are all verbs in the present participle form which describe actions I enjoy.
About My Company:
For 30 years, Rosito Bisani has pushed the espresso boundaries in Los Angeles and across the nation. As exclusive importer of Brasilia espresso machines, we move as one with the Italian advancement of espresso technology.

Hey Greg, thanks for saying hi a couple months back. The owners of Chapman Coffee House sold it to a chain. So thats that. We had a good run. You know, I am not familiar with rosito bisani. Would you be willing to educate me on the engineering differences, as compared to the dual boiler of the La Marzocco or the jiggers in the Nuova Simonelli. Anyway, I hope you are well, and again thanks for saying hi. ttyl
