Just getting into judging and enjoying the hell out of it.
About Me:
Hobbyist myself but the wife competes and manages a busy shop. I've begun judging and getting better at drinking critically and helping to troubleshoot shots/milk/etc.
About My Company:
While I don't have an employer/employee relationship with them, I spend an awful lot of time with Kaldi's in St Louis.
