I work for my friend Jill who has just recently opened Windmill Coffee in Florence Kentucky. I took the job as kitchen manager because I'm a chef by trade but working for her you end up being the same kind of coffee enthusiast and obsessive she is. I pull a mean shot but I'm still figuring out the rest of it.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
