About Me:
I'm an Australian living in France and missed drinking flat whites. I have watched the struggling, confused steps of the first modern espresso cafes in France serving 50ml espressos and cappuccino with whipped cream, and the rise of the big coffee chains. so i said to my self we have to get in there and teach them what its all about before the only reference the French have to a Latte is something that looks like a MacDonald's soft-serve with nuts!
