Having worked for a small speciality roaster in the Uk for 2 years as a trainer and accoutn manager - I've recently moved to Bath to set up a new coffee house & canteen for 2 private investors. I will be entering the UK barista championships next year

About Me:
I keen lover of coffee and wine, I've lived and worked throughout New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Polynesia, France and the UK. I have a degree in Business and enjoy outdoor pursuits to include snowboarding and surfing. I like a big bold heavy bodied espresso - not too acidic and I'm continually frustrated at my inability to pour tulips!
