About Me:
I've been a coffee enthusiast for most of my life, and started taking an interest in the artistic and technical aspect of things when I started making friends with the people who worked at a fancy new coffeeshop in town. When my parents bought an espresso machine I quickly became the only person who used it on a regular basis and came up with all kinds of experiments. In my first year of college I taught the people in the student center coffeeshop how to make a proper Italian Soda (I was tired of them messing up my order) and the next thing I knew I was a Barista, with free reign to experiment in between serving customers.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The aesthetics - the way a hot drink titilates all five senses.
