About Me:

Coffee has been a long journey for me. My roommate gave me my first single origin coffee about three years ago and it revolutionized my life. I took a job with Dunn Bros coffee for a while, but became frustrated with the coffee and quit (after I used countless gallons of milk to develop my latte art). It was there I became obsessed with roasting. I'm going to school for chemistry with the hope of attending grad school at Cornell for Flavor Chemistry and am currently conducting research on "Flavor Optimization via the Roast Process" at the University of Minnesotta Duluth. Essentially I have full University research facilities and they pay me to roast and cup coffee. Its pretty good gig.
