Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My first espresso gig was a few months in an ass kickin' little bakery in Portland, Or. Our head barista was a nazi about the stuff and I was given the opportunity to learn tons in my few months working with them before i moved on to fine dining(after graduating culinary school). After a little bit of time in front of counters I was given the chance to get back behind them and now I work at a place in aberdeen, wa. When i showed up we served lack luster coffee and the job was defined by cleaning. Now, after some management changes we serve a better coffee and our standards are ever increasing.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
That's a brutal question. As many as possible perhaps.
