am 32 years old Barista who strated my carrier as Barista in 2004 with a coffee shop called Cafe Pap which is one of the best coffee shops in Uganda and the first hi end coffee shop in the country, i went under traing in professional coffee brewing by US coffee corps and The East African Fine Coffees Association. where i got a certificate. after 4 years i joined Another place called Faze 2 as a Barista trainer and a Bar Manager.later i Joined A Hotel called Golf Course Hotel Kampala as Restaurant F&B manager managing 4 restaurants and 2 bars, Later i help Set up a new Place called Piato with coffee shop,restaurant,bars,Conference Hall,which i helped in design and set up,Staff Recruitment and in charge of general operations as F&B manager. I very creative and i have trained many baristas working in different hotels and coffee shops in Uganda.Am very passionate about coffee so any opportunity to develop my carrier in the coffee industry will be a great opportunity for me.

Iconsider my self to be very creative the fact that i was very good in art and i did a course in commercial art and design ,Am Intelligent and very passionate about work most especially in coffee industry. i can many different coffee recipes and my own recipes.am flexible and open minded ,i have no problem learning something new because i know learning never stops. i will the happiest person if we can work together .for more information about me its in my CV. About My Company:
I started a small company Supping coffee and solo cups though its not yet registered/ Since i don't have a Roaster ,i buy roasted coffee from company s i know and repackage it and look for market in coffee shops and hotels.My Company Is called DABARISTA
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The Way it compliments and easily mixes with anny thing to make a nice drink. Like my Fovorite Home drink of black coffee and watermelon juice.
