I have worked with Stumptown and with Portland Roasting on a variety of machines. I prefer using timers for my shots and a tamping scale for total consistency.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love to travel and see different places and different cultures and would be ecstatic to visit any place, either down the road or across the globe.
About Me:
I love coffee with a passion and I love educating others on the beauty of espresso :) I also have a passion for travel and geography! I have an associates degree in Travel Geography and a bachelors in Cultural Geography/Foreign Communication. I'm super open minded and love meeting new people!
About My Company:
I work for a small cafe attached to an antique mall. We serve Portland Roasting's Organic Espresso and serve their French Roast, Sumatra and Vienna Decaf.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love the community that the coffee industry brings.
