Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I was always interested of being a barista because I see coffee as an way of art. Coffee is in my culture one of the most important things and puertorricans grow with coffee made every morning with some cheese and bread. Our ancestors used to cultivate coffee all the time. It was a job that paid their foods and home. It was love growing deeper and deeper. They made the coffee grow, and the coffee grow in every one of us. Is like a language of our country. Is art and history.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Wherever
About Me:
My name is Abigail and I am painter. I graduate with a concentration in drawing and art history. My passion for coffee grew at the same time for the fine arts. I always had a cup of coffee every time I was planning and making art. I used to consume it all the time.Sadly I had to reduce the quantity of caffeine because I have epilepsy. But that doesn't made me quit from what I love to do. Being a barista is an amazing thing. Baristas are artists and coffee is art and is part of my culture and my family.
About My Company:
Where I work is like a family moved by great passion for our culture. We make the coffee with love and we do our best to keep the culture of our country and teach people about this amazing art.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The family we make, the love we share, the culture we live, the friends we make, the people we teach.
