Years of working for high tech companies with expensive, poorly-maintained machines led me to learn more about espresso and the coffee industry. Now I've refurbished commercial machines for personal use at home, teach other non-professionals how to pull a decent shot, and try to make the coffee experience at my office as best as possible.
