    yes

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Experience with all forms of brewing; drip, french press, aeropress, pour-over melitta and chemex, japanese syphon and espresso (manual, semi-automatic, and automatic). I get a kick out of having regular customers and enjoy giving great customer service. I've been working with latte art for the last few months and am improving every day I work.

    About Me:

I am a graphic designer as well as a barista. I enjoy sculpting, drawing, cut paper imagery. I enjoy camping, hiking, (discovery in general), antiques - glass bottles, marbles, wooden objects, instruments, etc. - dark folklore and playing music.

    About My Company:

Boston Stoker started in Dayton in 1973 as a tobacconist. Over the years they've progressed from a once pipe and tobacco shop to the hybrid company leading the forefront of third-wave coffee. With great attention to detail they crank out great coffee with even greater service. It's a great place to work and I'm grateful I got my start here with people who like what they do. This is not a pitch. I just like my job.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

it's amazing how one simple commodity can have such a vast impact on it's surroundings. Coffee alone has made itself a culture, a community, a science and an art to the way it is experienced.
