I have trained with Five Senses Coffee for years in Australia. I have worked in the specialty coffee industry. By that I mean artisan roasted coffees, COE lots, cuppings, filter and espresso roasts, as many filter coffee brewing methods as I can find, obsessing over the perfection of espresso extractions, trying to pour 4 symmetrical rosettas into a latte, or a tulip with 12 leaves into a cappucino, or just having fun with a good old wave-heart. Things I don't like are dirty steam-wands, un-rinsed milk jugs, channeling shots, un-purged group heads between shots, dirty aprons, crumbly-dry coffee pucks, and too much blonde.

Anywhere.
