About Me:
I have been a coffee enthusiast since I was about 14. Growing up in Santa Cruz CA, there was no shortage of coffee shops to hang out at. I loved the atmosphere and personalities displayed in each individual shop. At 17, moved to Washington State, and took in another view of the coffee culture and started dissecting the varietals of coffee. I worked as a barista from time to time and got many of my friends jobs with shops where I was known, spent off work time in the winter watching a friend roast up some beans at a local roaster. I now live in the Phoenix Arizona area which is starving for the coffee culture. Shops here open and close, some are managing to weather AZs growing pains. And I'm currently in the process of setting up a shop and giving it a go...
