Execution is rooted in the Italian tradition, in which coffee is embraced as a culinary art. Controlling factors such as extraction rate, grind coarseness and accounting for environmental factors such as humidity and temperature to coax the perfect cup or shot.

About Me:

I'm a musician, producer, barista ,sound editor and cultural engineer among many things. Originally from Seattle where i grew spoiled having amazing coffee around me all the time and now i can share my experience and love for it at Tiago Espresso Bar in Los Angeles ,where a good cup of coffee has been almost non-existent for so many years. So glad to see some great coffee houses opening up in LA, the time has come. I still have much to learn and love it when i get schooled by some of the amazing baristas and enthusiasts here in LA.
