I am basically a roaster, with many years as a home roaster and a few since going pro. I have recently gone partners in a planned café as the roaster and go to guy for coffee knowledge.I am not a barista but I need to learn something about it.

About Me:
I am a coffee roaster of fairly long experience. 15 years as a home roaster, and now three as a pro. Besides the coffee I am also a photographer and book designer.
About My Company:
I have a nascent online fresh coffee business, and am participating in setting up a brand new café as the principal coffee resource and roaster.
