Enthusiast to the point of obcessivness. Love making coffee and love seeing staff I've trained start to flourish and get a passion for what they do. Entered a Company run Barista competition and was top scoring in the heats across the company, finals yet to be run. Looking to enter the UKBC next year

About Me:

Well, I'm a bit obcessive, which probably isn't a bad thing. Love working on the bar and the best thing in the world for me is when a customer says that they really enjoyed a coffee I made. Want to start my own coffee shop eventually.

About My Company:

I work for Coffee Primo, part of Welcome Break MSA. UK Based Motorway services, in Coffee Primo we're set on changing the long held beleif that motorway coffee is of the taste and consistancy of crude oil.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The fact that so much work goes into every single cup and every person in that chain has to be doing their job with passion for that cup to be produced well
