Small Espresso Bar located in Brisbane Australia.
Our cafe is under an office tower and we go through about 30+kg of coffee a week M-F.
About Me:
I was brought up living above a Silver Service French Restaurant as a child.
I began working in the family business at 9 making drinks in the upstairs service bar for the restaurant. I have spent most of work carreer since leaving school as head waiters/supervising large fine dinning restaurants.
3 years ago I switched to cafe life and opened my own place on a shoe string budget. I began roasting from a solar tech 2kg 2 years ago and look to the future of a larger 10kg roaster and opening a something on a larger scale in 2012.
