Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am passionate about coffee. I am a home roaster/home barista. I love to experiment with every variable at my disposal to produce the highest cup quality. I am roasting on a gene cafe home roaster, and experimenting with espresso on my delonghi espresso machine (not that great, but i'm saving!) I am looking for a future in the coffee industry as a roaster and a coffee shop owner. I love learning about coffee and using that knowledge to roast and prepare coffee to its fullest potential.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Ethiopia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia, Peru...and many more!

It is founded on curiosity, and the quest to best grow, process, roast, and prepare coffee to produce the best cup.
