Scooter's, Cottonwood Coffee, Coffea Roasterie, and Blacksheep Coffee are all shops I've had the privilege to work. Some, home roasting. I'm an experienced amateur. Started first coffee shop job in 2005.

I'm a classically trained pianist and a fluent composer. I am trained in all periods of classical music (baroque, romantic, classical, contemporary), theory, and jazz improvisation theory on piano...yes I can play Giant Steps...and no I will not play you the entertainer = ) I also like to play jazz guitar.
Just finishing college with B.A. in Political Science. Minors in criminal justice and business economics.
My favorite prep method is a Melitta, I really enjoy african origins, sidamo and yirgs frequently catch my attention as outstanding.
