About Me:
I've started only a year ago learning about coffee in general and the third wave in particular. And now i'm already working at the first third wave place around here (as far as i know) and will hopefully get more and more involved in the near future. Right now i'm still a fulltime father with our one year old daughter, so i get to stand behind the machine only one or two days a week. From fall on however i'll be in the business fully.
About My Company:
I work at the "Bonanza Coffee Heroes" in the popular area of Prenzlauer Berg in Germany's capital. I believe this to be a pioneer in terms of coffee quality and the first third wave café. We are still a young, small place but are growing and will hopefully move to a bigger location soon and also start roasting ourselves. Good coffee sure is difficult to get in Germany.
