Hi! I am doing an MBA class project assessing Business-to-Business online visibility of 2 coffee machine producers (Gaggia and Reneka). I’ve enjoyed reading your blog posts and was wondering if you could help me to learn more on this topic: like names of the magazines for coffee shop owners, or forums with customer / barista reviews - basically anything that is under control of the online community rather than the producing company. What isyou experience with these espresso machines - Reneka and Gaggia. How much influence would a barista have on the coffee shop's choice of new machines? What are your criteria?
