Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've worked as a barista for about three years and am very comfortable with anything coffee. It's safe to say I'm now addicted to coffee (as if I wasn' already before). I love the interaction i get to have with people, expecially when I get to hear their stories; that's the best part of my job. I work at a small coffee shop (locally owned) so I know my way around adjusting the grinds for espresso and I know my drip coffee brews pretty well also. I've recently been learning latte art. I'm not the best I admit, but I'm getting better! I love working with coffee!

The coffee shop I work at has been around for three years, all of which I have worked as a barista at. About six months ago we went through a change of ownership. It was difficult at first, but the new owners are awesome and the coffee shop is better than ever!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
