About Me:
I've been a barista for a company that shall remain nameless, it is a lesser corporate company than the big green. I served as manager for 3 of my 6 years, but due to budget cuts, I was demoted back to barista. Everyone refers to me as the head barista and I do most, if not all, of the training for new employees. I currently reside in Waco, but plan to move to Austin to further pursue a barista job in a family or personally owned company. I'm over this corporate mess and want a more relaxed lifestyle. I'm also planning on attending ACC to pursue a degree in fitness/nutrition.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I can't name just one reason. I just know I have a calling for this industry. I enjoy making coffee, the smells, all the sounds. I love it all.
