About Me:
I'm a full time radio DJ on a rock station and I've basically been using all of my free time to roast for our shop. I really love it and have the hopes of it being my livelyhood in 2 years (that's the goal, anyway). I'm also the marketing director for Dancing Dogs.
About My Company:
Mocha Management (aka Dancing DogsCoffeehouse & Roasting Co.) is my company. We have 2 small shops and 7 owners. Our goal is to be the sole provider of coffeebeans to Southeast Idaho! It's only been 6 months so we are still very much in the growing process. ANY advice is helpful :)
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
being involved in something that makes me happy :)
