Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I really love Americanos. I love them more than brewed coffee or cappucinnos. As for skills, it's all about the people. If you can hold a conversation and still keep track of five drinks deep, that's a challenging skill to master. I love that part too.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any - I know Spanish, some French, and enough German to pay for the bus and some bread.

About Me:

I have gone back and forth between coffee and animated films for the last 10 years. I currently am part owner of a shop in Manhattan, KS and also work on CG projects for a company in Dallas TX. I'm multi-conflicted on what I want to be when i grown up.

About My Company:

It's a gorgeously renovated historic space in a downtown retail district. Lots of locals, lots of community in my shop. The professors, and college kids, and local weird folks that everyone kind of looks after are all part of the shop. It's great.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Community, coffee, and friends.
