Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started working in a cafe in Michigan at age 17, and worked with coffee until I moved to Portland, OR I have yet to find work here, but have made friends with a few barista's. I would like to work with coffee hands on and learn different brew methods and experiment with different coffee's. I yearn to learn, and coffee is still such a growing industry.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to travel anywhere, anytime... If I had the money. However places that intrigue me most are: Italy, Spain, Greece, Kenya, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Brazil, Guatamala, Morocco, Egypt... well I could be going for awhile now, so I'll keep it at that.
About Me:
I was born in raised in a beautiful small town, Traverse City, Michigan. I am open minded and willing to try most anything. I have been sky diving and would do it everyday if I could. I enjoy cooking and baking. I wish I read more... I think being here in Portland, the rainy winters will help make that happen. I am a creator, I like to create anything from collage's, to pottery. I would like to have a job someday where I can travel all over the world.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
customer interaction, making people happy, and of course the coffee.
