About Me:
I spent seven years working in a large chain cafe and I THOUGHT I knew coffee. Then I helped a friend open a cafe and retail store 2 years ago and that's when I realized I had a lot to learn, but the learning's been a lot of fun.
About My Company:
We're a cafe and retail store that focuses on sustainable, green, eco-friendly and local goods. The store is home decor, furniture, gift items and accessories; the cafe has it's own loyal following and is committed to using organic, fair trade, local and other sustainable products.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
