Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Started out as a barista and worked my way up to artisan roaster after a digression as a chocolatier.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any trip to origin would be fascinating.I'd love to visit Nicaragua, Costa Rica or Honduras, mainly because those are my favorite beans at the moment.
About Me:
I'm a recently and happily married musician and metalsmith when I hang up my roasting hat. Family, friendships, nature, and music are all very important to me. I live in a small town in Eastern Canada that places a lot of importance on community, local music, local food and preserving the beautiful place we live.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Its potential as a vhicle for social change. Also, great coffee is delicious and stimulating.
