Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started my first barista with out any knowledge of coffee at all. I was hired for having a "coffee shop personality" But I lucked out to have the coolest and most passionate manager ever, Paulito. I make a pretty bomb latte and I'm working on making beautiful art on top.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Well, I'd go anywhere if someone else was paying. I am dying to make it up to Seattle to check out coffee shops that have beer and wine menues.
About Me:
I have tonz of fun slinging coffee for a living. I like the social part of the job. Seeing people excited that I remember them from their previous visit is super satisfying. More than that I love to hand someone a drink and watching the satisfaction on their face when it is better than they were expecting.
About My Company:
Right now I work at the Railroad Cafe....and thats really all I have to say about that.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
People taking time out of their day to treat themselves with a beautiful latte makes them happier and happiness is contagious.
