Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am a slightly educated barista. I can tell when a shot of espresso is bad and for the most part I can fix it and make it a shot that i would not only drink, but serve as well. I can steam milk and get the foam I desire, however I would say its still middle class to what i could be doing.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I have been to Ecuador and Mexico. I would like to go to Italy, Germany, France, and Ireland. and eventually the world one little town after another.
About Me:
I am a barista and a baker. I am engaged to be married and plan to open my own little coffee shop. First I would like to learn the different cultures of coffee. I am intrigued with how coffee is an art form that, I have only recently acquired a true passion for. I have a strong desire to learn as much as i can.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
no matter how fast things get, either do to 8 shots of espresso or the line of 20 or more people. Its always a relaxing enviroment.
