Started in summer of 2006, about 2 1/2 years

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Over the past couple of years I have worked in two different shops, managing and training in one of them for a while. I also have a pretty close relationship with Cuvee Coffee Roasting Co, through which I hope to learn more about the roasting process and its affect on the coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Currently I'm not tied down anywhere. I would love to get out of Texas, possibly even the US. I'm interested in anything.
About Me:
After about three years of working on my Psychology undergrad degree I have decided to take a break from school. So for the time being I'm surrounding myself in the specialty coffee world. I'm seeing what I can pick up from people with more experience than me.
