EVERYWHERE! I want to soak up as much coffee culture as possible, from origin, to processing, to roasting, to cafes all over. Coffee is such a fun medium, with such limitless possibilities and opportunities. I am excited to see where coffee takes me!

About Me:

Currently in the process of taking over a shop by the University of Utah. I have been a barista for 4 years in Portland, OR, and fell in love with the industry. I am excited to see the coffee industry grow, and evolve. I can't wait to get into the industry as an owner/operator, and really start implementing the ideas and creativity that I have been gathering throughout my coffee journey.
