About Me:
The cafe has only been open since May of 2007, so I pretty much eat, sleep, drink, walk, talk, drive and dream being at the cafe. Sometimes exciting, sometimes fascinating, sometimes painful, always exactly what I want to be doing. I'm a recycling nut, am exceedingly passionate about organics and am so happy to be able to incorporate those into my perfect dream job, owning my own cafe which, as always for me, I jumped into head first and am currently a combination of trying to stay awake enough hours every day to be manager, barista, sometimes baker, sometimes dishwasher, marketing director, head trainer, bookeeper, order all kinds of stuff and then smile and make customers happy and then get a few minutes of sleep once in a while.
About My Company:
The Ladybug is an all organic cafe. Everything from the coffee, cream & sugar to the pastries and the soups are all organic, as local as possible and always done with a mindset of being as sustainable as possible. We're serious about our coffee, we're serious about our sweets and we're serious about our planet!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
people, the ones making the coffee & the ones drinking it
