Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We are a specialty coffee shop and custom bicycle shop. We do mostly classic drinks and promote espresso and small size milk drinks to people. I have put together a team of skilled baristas who are just as passionate about what they are serving as I am. We offer pour over bar, siphon, chemex and french press coffee. We pull our espresso on a synesso.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All of them. I have been to Sicily and Germany and I would love to travel more in the U.S. now. Being a climber I am drawn to exposed rock. The Tetons are a place I have always has a desire to see. Maybe Jackson, WY. Seattle and Vancouver are also on my list.
About Me:
I am 23 and have been putting all my time in the past year to helping open Angry Catfish. I have a passion for coffee and for customer service. I care about community and being a positive part of it. I am hoping to create a good community space for people to get a great coffee and learn what coffee is supposed to taste like.
