About Me:
I am an anthropology graduate, turned barista after traveling the world and deciding I needed a break from academia. I run my own fantasy costuming business on the side and work at an awesome shop in Evanston during the day. I have a 5 year old daughter who can't understand who mom's crazy obsession with the perfect cup.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the coffee culture that sprouted around a simple bean is a wonderous and beautiful thing
