About Me:
I love coffee... I took a brief hiatus to entertain the desire to run a music venue, but found my true passion is in coffee. A little coffee house across from Lincoln's home in Springfield, IL was opening up so I decided to help the owners open the first authentic craft coffee house here. We have now been open for over a year and thriving!! I also have been DJing for over 9 years and love music.
About My Company:
Wm Van's Coffee is located in a historic home in downtown Springfield, IL. The name comes from the owners grandfather (William Van Lewis) who was born and raised in the home that stood on the lot prior to the house that the cafe is in was moved to the location. We offer pour overs, brewed coffee, french press, and trifecta brew. We also use a Nuova Simonelli Aurelia 2 machine and uphold excellent beverage building technics. We also have a drive up only location in another part of town that delivers the same quality beverages without getting out of the car.
