About Me:
just finished the SCAE level 2 in March in Mannheim. I am a vocational teacher in the hospitality business and we are working on a additional certificate for our students. This certificate should enable them to produce a "perfect" espresso. In addition we will communicate this to their employers (hotels, cafés, restaurant).
