About Me:
I.m coffee roaster for the company Gigante Coffee based in Melbourne,Australia.
I roast on a UN22 probat,lots of singles origins and house blends.
In 2008,i received the National Roasting Gold Medal in the category Organic Espresso competing against 120 different coffee companies.
I'm the Australian representative of one the world best Arabica: Doi Chaang coffee, from the highlands of North Thailand.
