Professional (48 years old) "forced to retire" and looking to set up a business. Have some years experience in restaurant business. Lived and worked in London, England and NYC for 15 years. Married to a French and having visited very good Cafes in many US and Eurpoean cities, have a very good idea about the type of business we are setting up.
