I've only been in the coffee industry for the last few months so I'm gradually learning different things. There is nothing like putting some extra love into a coffee drink to make it the best.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I know this might sound cliche', but I really do desire to see the whole world. But if I had to choose one place to go, it would probably be Australia.

My name is April and I live in Walla Walla, WA. I'm 21 years old and work at Blue Moon Coffee. I plan on going to school for Photography in the near future.
About My Company:
I work for a local coffee shop called Blue Moon Coffee. We just opened in November of 2009 and we are slowly getting our name out. Everything we serve, from coffee to pastries, is all local. Even our milk is from the only family owned dairy farm in Washington.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
watching people smile when they get that great tasting cup of coffee
